Introducing the Fearless Girl to the world -- a statue of a daring young girl, standing strong on Wall Street. Why? Because companies with women in leadership perform better. The Fearless Girl was dropped on Wall Street in the middle of the night and became a global phenomenon within 24 hours.

6 Pack Band
A groundbreaking advertising campaign that launched India's first transgender pop band, 6 Pack Band. The hijras (transgender community in India) are often shut out from mainstream society. Many are disowned by their family and have to scrape a living begging on the streets or worse. But they are also in demand to sing and dance at auspicious events such as weddings and naming ceremonies – so creating a musical ad was not something that seemed manufactured or artificial. Here was a golden chance to unstereotype the typical portrayal of this community in pop culture.

More Role Models
Girls need more role models. This campaign is committed to shining a light on empowering female role models in an effort to inspire more girls. Because believing they can be anything is just the beginning, actually seeing that they can makes all the difference.
Touch the Pickle
In India, menstruation is treated like a shameful curse. Women are discouraged from pursuing normal daily activities during their periods, including touching the jar of pickles found in the kitchen of most Indian homes, because the pickles will supposedly rot. A groundbreaking film encourages women to defy tradition and taboos by touching the pickle jar.
